Microsoft Excel - I Introduction (Mount Vernon Campus)
Turn your computer into something more than a 10-key adding machine! Learn to create professional-looking spreadsheets that do more than add a series of numbers. Learn about cells, columns, and rows, formatting tools, navigation, formulas, functions, headers and footers, saving and printing your spreadsheets. Students are provided with exercise files and an illustrated manual (digital file) covering the entire content of the class which may be printed for personal use. The manual includes step by step instruction and screen shots to aid in comprehension and retention outside of the classroom.
Microsoft Excel - II Intermediate (Mount Vernon Campus)
This six-hour class delves deeper into Excel to create more complex worksheets and workbook collaboration. Topics include: creating/formatting charts, more on formulas and functions, tables, sorting and filtering data, templates, and working with graphics. Students are provided with exercise files and an illustrated manual (digital file) covering the entire content of the class which may be printed for personal use. The manual includes step by step instruction and screen shots to aid in comprehension and retention outside of the classroom.
Quick Books I (Mount Vernon Campus)
This workshop covers setting up a company's basic financial information, files, chart of accounts and master lists. Topics include standard transactions such as checks, sales entries and deposits, sales tax entries and reports. Some computer experience is helpful.
QuickBooks - II Intermediate - The Basics Plus (Mount Vernon Campus)
This workshop builds on Intro to QuickBooks and covers payroll, inventory and job costing setup, transactions and reports. Covers additional transactions and reports as time permits.

Bring your digital camera, a charged battery and your camera manual. No experience necessary. Any camera with manual settings will work.
