Fall Accounts And eLearning Classes

eLearning access note:
If you are not registered for Fall quarter, you won't be able to access Canvas or any on-campus computer resources until you are registered.  Fall Canvas accounts and classes are available now, but you may not see your classes until the first day of the quarter on September 24. Click here for the Student Guide to Canvas

NEW: View your program of study and advisor

You can now view your current program of study and advisor in the MySVC toolbox.  If your current program is not correct, you can request that it be changed at this link, you will then be contacted by an advisor to start that process.  View your program of study and advisor here

Obtain Enrollment Certificate, Order Official Transcript, and More

You can now obtain an enrollment certificate, view loan deferment notifications, view specific information about student loans, and order official transcripts from the National Student Clearinghouse via the MySVC toolbox here: https://secure.skagit.edu/svctoclearinghouse.asp

Preferred Name Option

You can now add a preferred name that will display on your instructor's roster and your SVC record, if your preferred name is different than your legal name that we already have on file.  Go here on the MySVC toolbox to add or change it: https://secure.skagit.edu/addrchg.asp

SID & PIN Instructions

Your SID & PIN are required to access registration, payment & account tools. Your Student ID (SID) is a 9-digit assigned number given to you during the admissions process. Not sure? Look up your SID using the MySVC Student Toolbox.

Your default PIN is your birthday in MMDDYY format. For example, January 1st, 2007 would be: 010107. We suggest you change your PIN from the default for security reasons.

MySVC Edu Apps Login Instructions

These instructions are for logging into Canvas, MySVC email, docs, and calendar. Your MySVC Username is your first initial, last name, and the last four digits of your Student ID.

For Example: John Smith
SID # 740020987
Your username is: jsmith0987
NOTE: When logging in to Canvas or MySVC email, you need to enter your full email address as the username

There is no default MySVC password, you will have to assign yourself a password on the MySVC toolbox here: https://secure.skagit.edu/netpass.asp
