Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of office skills by completing a portfolio and other assessment activities. Serves as a final assessment of student skills.

 Prerequisite  

Prerequisite: Must be taken during the last one or two quarters of a student's program. It is strongly recommended that students take this course during their FINAL quarter of the program.

Learning Outcomes

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

  1. Develop a portfolio that reflects skills and accomplishments related to a career in office administration and/or accounting.
  2. Provide evidence of general education outcomes in communication and technology and accounting by including sample work in a portfolio and writing a paper reflecting on the skills acquired in each of these areas.
