Learning Outcomes

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

1. Demonstrate project management team building skills.
2. Explain how to plan, schedule and breakdown complicated work projects.
3. Use common project management techniques, PERT/CPM, etc.
4. Demonstration an understanding of risk analysis.
5. Demonstrate basic project management software skills.
6. Oversee a simulated case project.
