Learning Outcomes

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

1. Understand the rules and etiquette of Disc Golf.
2. Perform the basic throws that are common and to the game.
3. Learn and use appropriate mental strategies on the course to improve overall score.
4. Understand different formats for competition and tournaments and participate in a variety of events with fellow students.
5. Improve teamwork and ability to communicate.
