 Course Description  

Provides a framework for understanding and applying the ideas, methods, principles, practices, and knowledge of structured project management. Learn to apply the knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques for project activities necessary to meet project requirements through software and approaches modeled on the principles of Project Management Institute Global Standards. Emphasis will be placed on project management application in small and medium size enterprises.

 Prerequisite  

Prerequisite: Admission to BASAM program and BASAM Director permission.
