Learning Outcomes

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

1. Identify nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions, and prepositions, and explain their functions in particular sentences.
2. Form and use regular and irregular plural nouns.
3. Form and use regular and irregular verbs in a variety of tenses to convey various times, sequences, states, and conditions.
4. Form and use possessive nouns and pronouns.
