 Course Description  

Continues the foundational knowledge and skills mastered in FIRE 121. Prepares the student for mastery of higher level tactical skills and knowledge typically associated with engine company operations. For students seeking Washington State Patrol, State Fire Marshal�s Office certification for Firefighter 2.

 Prerequisite  

Prerequisite: FIRE 121 with minimum C grade or department chair approval.

Learning Outcomes

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

  1. Effectively carry out complex hose evolutions over extended distances and elevations.
