 Course Description  

Introduction to basic and advanced image editing techniques. Use Adobe Photoshop to create graphics, manipulate photographs, edit video, and prepare files for the web and print.

 Prerequisite  

Prerequisite: Strongly recommended: computer literacy and file management skills.

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

2. Use Photoshop tools, menu bars and palettes.
3. Understand image size, resolution and color modes.
4. Use basic and advanced selection techniques.
5. Create type and understand typographic design.

10. Use advanced compositing features including montage, panorama, and filters.
