Learning Outcomes

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

  1. Exercise at an intensity to elicit cardiovascular and strength benefits.
  2. Demonstrate improved strength, mucular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance.
  3. Execute correct technique on each weight machine.
  4. Understand target heart rates for diverse age groups and the F.I.T. principle
