Learning Outcomes

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

1. Identify how to establish and maintain a safe learning environment for young children.
2. Identify how to establish and maintain a healthy learning environment for young children.
3. Demonstrate how to use space, relationships, materials, and routines as program resources.
4. Plan for learning environments that promote play, exploration and learning.
5. Provide examples of equipment and activities and that promote physical development of children.
