Communication, teamwork and leadership skill development as a foundation for an applied project addressing issues of significance to the LatinX community to be planned and implemented in Latino Leadership II and Latino Leadership III.

Learning Outcomes

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

1. Summarize local LatinX leaders lessons on leadership. Describe leadership models.
2. Reflect and critically assess and enhance personal leadership abilities. Describe team development process.
3. Develop behaviors which support strong team development. Access a network of Latinx mentors and peers.
4. Articulate a vision for mentoring LatinX community.
