Course Description
Put on sociological lenses for a new look the social world around you. This course surveys sociological theories, methods, and areas of inquiry. Includes socialization, social institutions, stratification, various social problems, and social change processes. Emphasis is on equitable responses to systems of power and oppression racial, ethnic, gender, class and other identities.
