Learning Outcomes

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

1. Identify factors that contribute to the employers view of the employees successful human relations skills in the work environment
2. Identify and apply common leadership and working styles for today's diverse work environment
3. Identify basic elements of the organizational structure and decision-making process
4. Demonstrate the ability to set goals and priorities through a practical team research and presentation project
