 Course Description  

Discussion and critical analysis of student experiences in their various clinical experience placements. Topics include legal concepts, professionalism, and aspects of culture and application of various pharmacy skills. Job search readiness including finding jobs, completing applications, developing effective resumes and interviewing skills.

 Prerequisite  

Prerequisite: Completion of AHE 134, 135, and 200 all with a minimum C grade.

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

1. Describe practice site.
2. Describe pharmacy technician duties at site.
3. Relate classroom learning to workplace applications.
4. Discuss opportunities for problem solving as they occur at the practice site.
5. Discuss the daily interpersonal professional interactions at the practice site.
6. Develop an effective resume and application packet.
7. Search effectively for employment resources and understand effective interview techniques.
