  1. Describe weight training programs used to increase power, strength and muscular endurance.
  2. Demonstrate and teach proper exercise and spotting techniques using both free weights and machines.
  3. Describe the neuromuscular adaptations to strength training.
  4. Identify proper technique and form for free weight and machine exercises.
  5. Create a strength program based on individual physical differences and personal goals.
