Learning Outcomes

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

  1. Defend themselves against an attackers punch, grab, choke, take down and a variety of weapons.
  2. Make decisions in regards to situational threats.
  3. Demonstrate basic punches, kicks and takedowns.

Course Contents

  1. Give a variety of counter attacks for grabs, chokes, punches, take down and weapons. The students will choose which counter attacks works best for them.
  2. Teach real life scenarios regarding threats in the workplace, home and society.
  3. Teach and breakdown basic punches, kicks and takedowns.
