Course Description
Continuation of FIRE 120 and 121. Introduction to firefighting tools and equipment and basic firefighting techniques in new firefighter skill sets. Cognitive and skills development in emergency ground operations using firefighting companies. Emphasizes multi-company operations. Meets some of the training requirements for Firefighter 1 certification and incrementally prepares the student for an eventual certification examination.

Prerequisite: FIRE 121 with minimum C grade or department chair approval.
