 Course Description  

Use the features of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for PCs to complete business projects that require the integration of data among the programs. Linking, embedding, importing, and exporting techniques will be introduced.

 Prerequisite  

Prerequisite: OBT 122, 132, and 134.

  1. Use the features of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access to complete business projects.
  2. Work independently to prepare documents, worksheets, presentations, and databases to solve specific business tasks with minimal instruction.
  3. Link, embed, import, and export data among the MS Office programs.
  4. Determine and use the best methods for sharing data among the MS Office programs to accomplish integrated tasks in an efficient manner.
  5. Gather and use Web-based information needed to accomplish integrated business tasks.
  6. Verify the accuracy of all projects to ensure that work meets business standards for accuracy and format.
